We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders Australia wide
International orders incur the post rate: $15 AUD

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick and pack your order. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Melbourne.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Australia: Orders shipped to Australia are inclusive of GST. Orders over the value of $1000 AUD will incur additional duties and taxes. 

Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of duties and taxes upon delivery of your order. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. 

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Kincaid County is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping courier directly who are responsible for delivery. Have your tracking details ready so they can provide you with the most up to date information.
