Sure! If you'd like to change the shipping address for your order and it hasn't been shipped yet, we're more than happy to help you with that. If you want to make any modifications, you'll need to cancel the original order and place a new one or reach out to our team. Unfortunately, orders cannot be mended or canceled if tracking information has already been sent or if the order has already been shipped.

Orders may be canceled anytime prior to orders being shipped and should the shipping facility permit. If tracking information has been provided, orders cannot be canceled.

Yes of course! If you are wanting to swap or return and item please reach out to our team at to coordinate and exchange or return for a credit note. You can also head to our Returns & Exchanges page to see our returns policy.

To coordinate an exchange or return, please contact us providing your email, order number and the product/credit note you would like to return the item for.

PLEASE NOTE: if you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been dropped off & scanned at your shipping carrier. We recommend posting your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will automatically receive store credit for your return.

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.

We can’t make any promises, but we’ll give it our best shot. Email us ASAP at for any changes regarding size, colour, style, shipping address, or order cancellation. Unfortunately, we can’t add items to your order after it’s already been placed.
